We're excited to present the latest updates to our platform, enhancing usability and customization. In the Discover section, you can now view all topics and prioritize competitors effortlessly. The project brief now allows for detailed customization, including audience persona, tone settings and more. The Plan section's integration into the Create tab features a new calendar view for efficient scheduling. Additional updates include intuitive link additions, improved keyword density checks, and configurable warnings for due dates at risk. Read on to discover more about these enhancements!
Explore the Latest Discover Changes
In the Discover section under the Content tab, you now have the option to view either only your saved topics or all available topics. By selecting the "All Topics" option, you can see all articles that are already online on your domain as well as those saved in your project.
Additionally, we've updated how prioritization works for competitors and topics within Discover. Now, there's a simple distinction between those with priority and those without. You can set a priority for a competitor or topic by clicking on the star icon. Furthermore, the competitor overview or topic analysis can still be filtered based on these priorities.
Adapting Project Specifications to Your Needs
You now have enhanced customization options for the project brief. You can
- define the audience persona
- specify audience expertise (we now offer six different categories)
- set the tone and voice
- incorporate company knowledge
- use a first-person perspective (if desired), and
- directly address the reader (if desired).
In the project briefing itself, you can create your own options for the audience persona, tone and voice and company knowledge in addition to the predefined options. All this information can be changed later in the specifications of an individual article.
If you're using automatic generation while working on an article, all this information is integrated into the prompts. Additionally, any details you add to the project brief are also visible in the editor, located in the left sidebar.
Discover the Enhanced Calendar View
The Plan section is now integrated into the Create tab in Rellify, allowing you to toggle between the already existing article list and a calendar view using the option in the upper left corner. We've added extra information for each article, visible in either the list or calendar view. This includes the priority level, status, assignee, due date, publication date, creator, creation date and update dates, topic, R-Score, URL, and URL status. In the upper right corner, you have an option to hide certain fields, while the upper left corner lets you filter articles based on the available fields.
In calendar view, you can see articles without due or publication dates by clicking the "Unscheduled" button in the upper right corner. This opens a tab on the right side listing all unscheduled articles, allowing you to drag and drop them to your desired dates. You can also choose to display either publication or due dates in the calendar by using the checkboxes next to the unscheduled button. Furthermore, in the article list, you can easily update the status, assignee, and due and publication dates without needing to open the article itself by just clicking on the information you want to change.
Extra Minor Updates
While working on an article, you can now add a link directly through the toolbar and immediately include a link description via a pop-up box. Additionally, the keyword density check has been enhanced to better account for keyword variations.
We also offer a new customizable setting for managing due dates at risk. In the account preferences under settings, you can adjust how many days in advance you would like to be notified that a due date is approaching and at risk.
We hope you enjoy these new features and find them valuable for streamlining your workflow and enhancing your content creation process. Feel free to explore our previous updates to see how far we've come. 🙂
