The latest platform updates include user mentions in comments, improved navigation shortcuts in the outline tab and Pre-Scores for articles that are not in Rellify. Users can now create multiple articles simultaneously, clear filters with one click, and enjoy updated highlighting in the "Topic Analysis" tab, all designed to improve user experience and efficiency.
Revision of the comment function and short cuts
You can now mention other users in article comments. These users will receive a notification about your comment. To mention a user in a comment, simply type '@' on your keypad and enter the user's name. The affected user will be notified via email or in-app notification, depending on their settings. Additionally, we now offer the following shortcuts in the outline tab.
New features and improvements in Discover
For articles that are published on your webpage and are not in Rellify, we now display a calculated Pre-Score. This score can help you set your priorities and decide which articles need optimization. You can see the Pre-Score in the Discover section under "Articles" in the "Online" tab on the right side next to each article.
When creating an article, you can now continue working in Discover without being blocked and having to wait for the article creation process to complete. Once you click on "create," you will see an animation indicating the ongoing process. As soon as the article is created, a pop-up window will appear at the bottom of the platform, no matter where you are on the platform. You can close or ignore the pop-up and find the article in the article list later, or you can click on "open" to start editing and writing your article.
Furthermore, you can now create multiple articles in Discover at once. To do this, select the checkboxes for the articles you would like to create. You will then see a drop-down button at the top of the article suggestions list, which also shows the count of the selected articles. From there, you can either create, generate the articles, or cancel your selection.
Further improvements
Besides these we have introduced a few other new features to enhance your experience. Firstly, there is now an option to clear the set filters with one click. A tooltip will appear as soon as you set a filter in the article list, Discover, or Monitoring section. Additionally, we've updated the highlighting of the winners and losers in the "Topic Analysis" tab in Discover. Have fun and enjoy your ideation and creation process.
