With the new update, the design of the brief area for projects and articles has been improved. This is now clearer and therefore easier to use and easier to understand. In addition, there has been another helpful and informative addition to monitor.

Optimized project and article brief

You can find all the important information about your project or article in the the platform in the respective brief area. This has now been revised and clearly divided into three parts in which you can record specifications for your project/article.When you create a new project as the administrator of an organization, you can add all the valuable information step by step. As before, the project name, the project language and a domain are defined first. Then you can link external services such as the Google Search Console. You are now in the new briefarea.Under Plan, you can enter the start and end date of your project and specify how many articles are planned for the project. General information such as URLs of competitors and desired focus topics can be found below. Finally, you can enter specifications for your articles. These are the target audience, their expertise of the topic, the tonality in which articles should be written and what should be avoided. You can also add further information using the "+ Custom field" button. If these specifications are to be applied to all new articles, you can activate the automatic transfer to the article brief via the toggle button. For all articles created from now on, you will find the article specifications defined in the project brief under Brief, Specs. The new and clear layout of the project brief can be viewed by all members in the project overview and brief.

Google updates now visible in the monitoring graph

If you open monitor for your articles in the platform, you will now also receive information on Google updates. These are very useful, as Google updates can change the performance of your domain or your articles. In order to better assess this influence, all Google updates are now recorded in the monitor graph. If you move your mouse over the respective marker, a short description of the update is displayed. There is also the option to get to a more detailed article on the update via link. This allows you to better assess whether updates carried out by Google affect the performance of your articles and to react quickly if necessary.
