New home dashboard
With the update, a home dashboard has been added to the platform to make it easy to control projects. The most relevant information about your organization's projects is displayed here. When you log in to the platform, the new home dashboard is now displayed first. Depending on the selection of an individual project or all projects in the drop-down menu, the view of the dashboard changes. When you select all projects, a list of all articles for which you are responsible is displayed on the left-hand side of the dashboard. You can create new articles using the "+" button or switch to the full article view using the ">" button. On the right-hand side, there is an overview of all projects in the organization of which you are a member. The project name, the project language and domain as well as the number of articles are displayed there. By clicking on a project card or an article, you can immediately access the selected object. When an individual project is selected, the view of the home dashboard changes. All important information about the selected project is displayed there. The dashboard is divided into three tabs - Overview, Project brief and Website analysis. The members and the icon for the settings are located in the top right-hand corner. The project settings, the link to external services and the list of team members can be found there. The overview page on your home dashboard differs depending on whether you use a Neuraverse or not.If you do not use Neuraverse, the "Overview" tab first provides news on platform updates. You will also find a list of the articles assigned to you in the selected project. Below this, recently indexed articles, their performance and the overall progress of the project are displayed. There are also helpful tips on topics such as SEO and content creation. If you are working with a Neuraverse, you will first see a Neuraverse banner under the "Overview" tab. This can be used to switch directly to the Neuraverse in Discover. Here you will also find further information on working with the Neuraverse. Down below news about new platform updates and other helpful tips for working with the platform are included. There is also a list of the articles for which you are responsible in the project. Topic suggestions from the Neuraverse for new articles are also displayed. To make it easier to plan your project, the calendar overview for the respective week has been added directly to the dashboard. There is also information on the performance of your domain on Google as well as new indexing and rankings. The project brief can be found under the tab of the same name for users with and without Neuraverse. If you are an administrator, you can edit the project brief at any time using the button in the top right-hand corner. The website analysis for the specified project domain can be found under the "Website analysis" tab. This can be carried out again by clicking on the "Refresh analysis" button in the right-hand corner.
Improved publication process for articles
To simplify the process of creating and publishing articles, the manual publication confirmation has been replaced. From now on, the specified URL of the respective article will be crawled regularly until the article can be found under the URL. As soon as the article is online, the article is set to "Done" and the URL status is displayed as "Online". The "Publication" tab in the editor thus becomes superfluous and has been removed accordingly. The URL status has been added with this update and reflects in three steps whether a URL is online, has already been indexed by Google or whether monitoring data is already available.
Work more effectively with the new smart brief
As a user of the app with Neuraverse, you can now create relevant content even more quickly to gain visibility. If you select one of the suggested topics via Discover and create an article, the familiar pop-up window will open. What is new here is that you can select a direction in which the article should go in line with the selected topic. By selecting a direction, even more specific keywords and questions can be suggested that should be used in the article. If the article is created and opened afterwards or at a later point in time, you are already in the brief area - Explore is therefore skipped. Check again here whether all specifications are suitable for you. Next, you can use the switch to Outline to directly generate or create an outline with the specified keywords and questions.
Simple generation of meta data
You can now generate the meta data (meta title and meta description) for your articles with AI to save time. The prerequisite is that a text with at least 300 words has already been written or generated. Click on the "AI Support" button in the toolbar to generate the meta title and meta description. If meta data has already been inserted, clicking on "Suggest meta title" or "Suggest meta description" replaces the current meta data with the newly generated meta data.
Simplified URL input for articles and other improvements in Explore
To save time, you now only need to add the path to the article in the URL in the details window or the URL field in the meta data. The prerequisite for this is that the domain of the project has been defined in the project setup. This ensures that there are no typing errors or similar in the URL.Optimizations have also been made in the Explore area as well as other bug fixes. In Explore, you can now start the search without having to select a category first. You are still welcome to do this to get a specific thematic perspective on the search term, but it is no longer a must. The "Search" button is now active as soon as you have entered something in the search field, even without clicking "Enter". The menu for switching between keywords and search term questions is now fixed. This means that you can quickly switch between the two options even after scrolling through the list of search results for a long time.Try out the new features and experience how you can optimize your work and increase your success!
