With the new update, you can now publish LinkedIn posts even more quickly and easily. Articles and posts can be visually embellished and enriched using emoticons. The rellify platform also helps you to keep an eye on your article production timeline.

LinkedIn and Emoticons

LinkedIn posts created in rellify can now be published directly to LinkedIn. To do this, an administrator must first establish the connection to LinkedIn in the project settings under External services.

Any LinkedIn post that has been created from an article and does not exceed a limit of 3000 characters can be published directly. To do this, go to the post in the editor and click on the “Publish to LinkedIn” button in the top right-hand corner. You will then be forwarded directly to LinkedIn where you can check the published post and edit it if necessary.

In addition, emoticons can be used in articles and LinkedIn posts. You can find all emoticons by clicking on the smiley in the toolbar in the editor for articles or LinkedIn posts.

Due Dates at risk

In order to have an even better overview of your content production timeline, the articles whose publication date is imminent or has already passed are now highlighted. In the Home Dashboard and in the article list, the affected articles are marked as follows:

• Articles due to be published in the next 7 days are marked with a yellow clock symbol
• Articles that have exceeded their publication date are marked with a red calendar symbol

New login process

In addition to these changes, we simplified the login process for you. When you log in to rellify to work, you will first be asked for your login details (username and password). If you are a member of several organizations, a selection of these will then appear. Click on the respective organization in which you would like to work to move forward. If you are a member of only one organization, you will be taken directly to that organization after entering your login details.
